This page is a great start for introducing people to limits and whatnot, but even I, an experienced sysadmin, get confused as to what values are reasonable for most of these items. To stop a forkbomb from causing damage, what's a good CPU time limit, for instance? This page needs verbosity.

you should rename it to user limits, since you explain more than just processes :)
