The author may want to add what version of OpenSSH support this, and what each variable really means.

I think that must be said that if it need to run as root on both sides (local and remote user) and, consequently, the server need to be configured to accept remote root connections and must accept tunnels. -- GuestUser

Why not setting up a little graphic (even ascii) to explain this?
