[edit] secrets.cf

Note that /etc/mail/spamassassin/secrets.cf must be readable by the amavis user.
The owner:group I have for /etc/mail/spamassassin are root:root. Not sure if
this is correct. But what I did was made the group ownership of secrets.cf
amavis and gave it mode 660. Be sure to restart amavisd.
