We really need some help and howto for a proper xorg.conf.

I met alot of people who got it working 'more or less', with missing features (texture compression) or energy saving problems. My own xorg.conf is anything but optimal...

And I did not manage to get two-finger scrolling working so far. (-spm-mad)

Is this lid close thingy still up to date? I never heard of this problem. Eventually we can remove this part...?

Yes, lid section is still ok. With older kernels I had kernel panic on 3 different 6910p notebooks. And the only one working solution was changing ACPI Video settings via /proc. //jacek_kal
