I've got a huge problem. I've got the same hardware. But I cannot access to my hard drive on sata port... unable to read /dev/sda with an unofficial iso when fdisk /dev/sda, and a freeze with the official 2004.3 minimal cd when modprobe sata_sis...
Did you have some problems with your hardware ?
