[edit] SSL wildcard certificates and virtual hosts

I wonder whether it is possible to use wildcard certificates in combination with multiple virtual hosts. The article does not seem to discuss this option.

[edit] sha-1 is less secure

Can you help us to use a good hash function like sha512?
